Most of the weight gaining methods you hear about are geared towards men. It’s commonly thought that the only way for someone with a fast metabolism to gain weight is to weight train and pack on pounds through muscle.
Although this is a good idea for some people (mostly guys), most women don’t want to go through all that trouble and don’t want to end up looking more muscular than their boyfriends!
Luckily, building muscle isn’t the only possible way to gain weight. There are other factors that come into play when working with the female body, and being aware of what would make it look most attractive.
Some of those factors have to do with nutrient absorption, health, stress levels, hormones, and a whole host of other potential factors that can have an impact on your body.
The methods I have laid here deal with the most important of these issues. The plan was designed to enhance a woman’s body, so you never have to worry about going crazy with weight training.
